Intermiles as we all know is Travel & Reward Programme for Jet Airways & its subsidiaries. This program had more than 1 crore users. But now they have increased their horizon for bookings in Hotel, Flights, Shopping, Partnerships, Vacation Package, etc
Challenge
Intermiles was using AWS as their cloud platform & a massive dependency on Datacenter during their operations.
Intermiles is also using multiple technologies like Oracle, MySQL, 0365, Datacenter, etc & it has opted for Premium Support. So 24*7 support is needed.
Solution
We proposed below mentioned solutions
- Migration of OnPrem Datacenter components to Microsoft Azure
- Disaster recovery (DR) of AWS to Azure.
Since Intermiles being Premium Partner, we do have inhouse team to work on AWS, MySQL, Oracle, Azure, 0365, Datacenter Engineer, etc working from client location.
