Roopsi, our HR head, is a seasoned HR professional with more than 10 years of experience in various aspects of human resources, including HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and HRIS. She has worked with prominent companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and the Rivoli Group in Dubai and has enabled her to work in diverse and complex environments and given her a deep understanding of HR practices and strategies.
In addition, her exposure to HRIS suggests that she has expertise in leveraging technology to streamline HR operations and data management. On academic front, Roopsi is a commerce graduate from Gargi college, Delhi University and holds a post graduate diploma in management (HR) from Amity Business School, Noida.
