Project Summary

IFI Techsolutions led a comprehensive digital transformation initiative for the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS). This program modernized core operations—including finance, volunteer management, disaster response, blood services, analytics, and automation— enhancing efficiency, outreach, and real-time decision-making across national and state levels.

The initiative addressed legacy system limitations, such as siloed data and manual processes, enabling IRCS to scale humanitarian efforts amid growing demands from disasters and community needs. To achieve this, IRCS required a digital-first approach to manage finance, HR, blood services, disaster response, and volunteer coordination across its nationwide network. Additionally, a complete networking revamp was essential to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity across headquarters and branches.
