Puneet Bajaj is the CTO of IFI Techsolutions and a former Microsoft employee with a successful track record of delivering over 250 projects for Fortune 500 clients across industries like ITES, healthcare, BFSI, and more. He was also a core industry mentor for a Microsoft Software Development Marathon that set a Guinness World Record. Puneet holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA from Jaypee Institute. He has also mentored and coached young talent in Microsoft and IT programs.
Ankit Garg, an alumni from IIT Bombay & IIM Ahmedabad, is the COO at IFI Techsolutions. On back of an impressive pedigree, Ankit had the fortunes to work with the best of the minds, in toughest of the circumstances. In his extensive 15+ years of experience, he worked with giants like Shell, Bechtel at one extreme and also with early age startups like Joulon on the other extreme. He worked in different profiles across these organisations with exposure to operations, technical, sales and delivery roles. Also, he had the fortune to work across different sectors like Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Pharma and IT/ITES. With the multitude of experience across various domains, roles and sectors coupled with strong educational background, Ankit brings with him the expertise of not only turning around organisational efficiencies but also help them scale fast.
David Wright is a results-driven Chief Revenue Officer with a proven record of scaling technology and services organizations through strategic partnerships, data-driven execution, and innovative go-to-market programs. With deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions, he has led high-performing teams that consistently exceed growth targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Pooja is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience across the UK and US in Managed Services, spanning operations, transformation, and strategic leadership. She has successfully built and scaled service capabilities, driven customer-centric growth, and led large transformation initiatives across complex technology environments. Known for combining operational excellence with innovation, she leverages AI-driven strategies to deliver scalable outcomes. Pooja is a collaborative leader who believes in ownership, teamwork, and continuous growth. Her strength in aligning strategy with execution and building high-performing teams makes her a valuable addition.
David brings over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem and several years of direct experience at Microsoft. He has held senior leadership roles across Cloud, AI, and Security, driving strategic initiatives and innovation. Known for his customer-first approach, David has worked closely with enterprises and partners to enable technology adoption, accelerate digital transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes across diverse industries globally.
Travis Rickford is a dynamic sales leader with over 18 years of experience across cloud solutions, account management, technical support, and consulting. He has driven strong sales growth by leveraging Microsoft’s product portfolio and building strategic partnerships with Microsoft and leading distributors, including Ingram Micro and Pax8.
His career spans senior roles at Covenant Global, Henson Group, SADA Systems, and Microsoft, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and led successful account initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Valley City State University.
